Zinc-filled materials are the VMP Holding "trademark". They were developed and entered into the Russian corrosion protection market in 1990s. Technology of metal corrosion protection by zinc-filled coatings is "cold" galvanizing, it has become a worthy alternative to hot-dip galvanizing.
Advantages of "cold" galvanizing of metal
Availability is the main advantage of "cold" galvanizing of metal. Zinc coatings can be applied at various metal structures (large or shaped) before or after on-site installation.
Anticorrosive coatings on the base of zinc-filled materials ensure reliable corrosion protection of metal structures. The Holding developed complex coatings with zinc-filled primers. Anticorrosive coating is created by mixing several types of paint materials:
