New! IZOLEP-eps – shop-primer

VMP Holding has developed and produced a new quick-drying epoxy shop-primer IZOLEP-eps with corrosion inhibitors based on zinc phosphate.

The primer IZOLEP-eps is intended for protection for up to 6 months of cleaned steel sheets and other metal structures during manufacturer painting at automated lines on plant. Coated products can be exposed to thermal cutting, semi-automatic and automatic high-velocity welding without increasing the porosity of the weld. An important advantage of IZOLEP-eps - the drying time is only 5 minutes, with a dry film thickness of 15-30 microns.

The primer has been successfully tested and approved. Within 6 months, complex coating systems can be applied over IZOLEP-eps: IZOLEP-primer + POLITON-UR (UV), IZOLEP-primer + IZOLEP-mio + POLITON-UR (UV) or IZOLEP-mastic + POLYTON-UR (UV).
