Online conference of regional VMP representatives

This year, the annual meeting of regional VMP Holding representatives was held in the form of an online video conference. This concept adopted due to the applicable restrictions on international travel and public event management, made it possible to cover the maximum number of employees from more than 30 representative offices in various countries.

As a part of the video conference, the participants shared their experience gained during the unusual period of work in 2020, identified the changes and additional opportunities in the paint and varnish market, examined new VMP materials, discussed the plans and development prospects in various areas of the holding's activities.

The online format did not change the main tradition of this event: the best regional representatives received an official message of thanks from Mikhail Vladimirovich Vakhrushev, president of the VMP Research and Production Holding and were awarded with the commemorative tokens based on the results of work in 2020.

The participants noted that the online format certainly does not replace face-to-face communication. However, it helps obtaining the involvement of participants and data exchange efficiency.
