VMP Company is reformed into Holding

Since 28/02/2011 VMP Research & Production Company JSC has been reformed into holding and named as VMP Research & Production Holding JSC (VMP Holding). The administration, bank details and address remain the same. The change of the name is the closing stage of reforming in the period from 2009 to 2010 to joint the several dependent companies into the single Holding.
There are the several dependent companies (EKOR-NEVA, VMP-St-Petersburg, VMP-Siberia and VMP-Voronezh) in the holding structure.
