Accelerator of curing

DESCRIPTION

Accelerator of curing is a fatty acid salts solution. 

RECOMMENDED USE

It is recommended in environment of low humidity ratio to reduce drying time of single-packed polyurethane compozitions ZINOTAN (TU 2312-017-12288779-2003), FERROTAN (TU 20.30.12-036-12288779-2018), ALUMOTAN (TU 2312-018-12288779-99), enamels POLYTON-UR (TU 2312-029-12288779-2002) and GOODLINE PU-15 (TU 2312-096-12288779-2014) manufactured by VMP:

APPLICATION

Mix thoroughly the paint before applying Accelerator of curing, and then pour the content of Accelerator of curing container in the paint as specified in table below:

After accelerator of curing is added to the paint, mix the product again until homogeneous condition is achieved. When preparing paint in quantity deviating the standard packing strictly observe the weight ratio of components as per the table. Accelerator of curing application decreases lifetime of paint, consequently use it within the time period indicated in the table.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Accelerator of curing is packed in plastic drums.
It shall be stored in tightly sealed manufacturer containers, away from heat sources, at temperature between plus 10 and plus 30 °С. Containers with accelerator of curing shall be protected from impact of atmospheric precipitation and direct sunlight. The shelf life in tightly sealed manufacturer containers is 6 months starting with the manufacture date.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

When working with accelerator of curing the related standard norms and requirements and safety measures as specified on the package label shall be observed.
Personal protective equipment (goggles, face masks, and respirators) shall be used; inhalation of solvents at their evaporation and contact with skin, ocular mucosa, and respiratory tract shall be avoided; indoor use is permitted only in case of sufficient ventilation.
The accelerator of curing is classified as a fire-hazardous product.
