ALISTERUS 3105 primer-enamel

DESCRIPTION

ALISTERUS 3105 is protective coating for concrete based on an aqueous acrylic copolymer with the functional additives, pigments and fillers.

RECOMMENDED USE

Protection of internal and external surfaces of buildings and structures made of mineral materials
(concrete, plaster, natural stone, brick), used in the atmospheric environment of all macroclimatic areas, types of atmosphere and placement categories in accordance with GOST 15150.

It is used as a single coat system and the main protective coat with the anti-graffiti top coat ALISTERUS 1702 produced by Alisterus LLC.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The concrete surface prepared for painting should be uniformly rough and have no protruding
reinforcement, serious defects, such as cracks, potholes, voids, sagging, chipped edges, oil stains, dirt and dust.

Operation procedure:

• removal of dirt, oil and grease contaminations;

• removal of lime milk (laitance), destroyed or flaking concrete layers and previous coatings by abrasive blasting, grinder or brushes, high pressure water rinsing;

• dedusting;

• repair of cracks and chips.

The holding time of the concrete base after the concrete placement and prior to the primer application should be at least 28 days; after the leveling compound application - according to the regulatory documents of the compound manufacturer.

APPLICATION

Stir the varnish thoroughly before use to the homogenous condition. If necessary, dilute with the ALISTERUS 5001 solvent to the working viscosity immediately before application.

It is recommended to apply the varnish at the temperatures from +5 to +30°C and relative humidity from 30 to 80%.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

• Stir ALISTERUS 3105 thoroughly before use to the homogenous condition.

• If necessary, dilute with drinking water to the working viscosity immediately before application.

• It is recommended to apply ALISTERUS 3105 at the temperatures from +5 to +30°C and relative humidity from 30 to 80 %. It is prohibited to apply the coating on the frozen or damp surface, in the case of strong winds and atmospheric precipitation.
  

PRECAUTIONS

When working with ALISTERUS 3105, it is necessary to comply with the relevant industry codes and requirements, as well as the precautions indicated on the container label.

It is necessary to use personal protective equipment (goggles, masks, breathing masks), avoid inhalation of solvents during evaporation and contact of the compound with the skin, eye mucous membranes and respiratory tract; indoor use with adequate ventilation only.

ALISTERUS 3105 is the fireproof material.
