Railway transport facilities

The VMP developed complex coating systems based on zinc-filled materials for durable corrosion protection of Russian Railways' facilities and railway vehicles.

VMP COATING APPLICATION

• railway station structures, locomotive depot, PAO and other Russian Railways' facilities;

INDUSTRIAL CERTIFICATION

Structures of Russian Railways' buildings and facilities:

• GOST 9.401;
• GOST 31384-2008;
• STO-483-2010.

Railway bridges:

• Russian Railways TU, 2012;

Overhead system towers:

• Russian Railways TU;

Railway vehicles:

• GOST 7409-2009;
• Russian Railways TU.

The VMP materials are approved and recommended to use by Gosstroy of Russia.

The coatings are successfully tested and have decisions of the leading industrial institutes and research centers: VNIIZhT, TsNIIS, NIIZhB, LKM-KHOTKOVO-TEST, Melnikov TsNIIPSK.

COATING CHARACTERISTICS:

• long operating life;
• resistance to environment with high corrosivity;
• increased protective properties (coatings based on zinc-filled primers ensure cathodic protection of steel);
• application of materials with highly effective anticorrosive pigments;
• series of coatings for railway vehicles allow electric resistance welding.
