MS-01 DETERGENT

Description

Aqueuos solution of alkaline components containing surfactants and complexing substances.

Recommended use

Cleaning of coatings from contaminations and layers destructed with UV radiation prior to painting of top coats. Application of the product shall be approved by the manufacturer.

Application

Mix thoroughly before use.
Dilute with fresh water in ratio of 10-15 parts of water to 1 part of solution. Spray the diluted solution (рН 12.0-13.0) at low pressure on the surface to be cleaned. Before the sprayed detergent dries, wash the surface with great quantity of fresh water at high pressure (at least 30.0 MPa) until remains of detergent are completely removed.
Approximate consumption per 1 m2 of surface is 1 L of solution (60 ml of detergent if diluted in ratio of 1:15).

Storage and Handling

Detergent is packed in polyethylene cans.
It shall be stored in tightly sealed manufacturer containers, away from heat sources at temperature between + 5 and + 40 °С. Containers shall not be exposed to impact of atmospheric precipitation and direct sunlight.
Do not freeze.
The warranty storage period is 12 months starting with the manufacture date.

Safety measures as specified on the package label shall be observed.
When working with detergent the personal protective equipment (cotton robes, suits, coveralls, leather footwear, filtering respirators, and in emergency situations – safety masks, safety goggles, polyethylene or rubber gloves) shall be used according to the applicable standards; inhalation of detergent and its consumption and contact with skin and eyes shall be avoided.
The product represents a major hazard for eyes. In case of contact with eyes immediately rinse them with plenty of water for 10-15 minutes while lifting upper and lower eyelids, and then seek medical attention. In case of contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water. If swallowed immediately lavage the stomach with 6-10 L of warm water or 1 % citric acid or acetic acid solution.
Indoor use is permitted only in case of sufficient ventilation.
