SOLVIN ®

Description

The thinners are a hydrocarbon volatile organic liquid mixture. 
Produced marks: SOLVIN-10, SOLVIN-11, SOLVIN-12, SOLVIN-13, SOLVIN-14, SOLVIN-15.

Recommended use 

The thinners are used to dilute and clean the equipment, when the VMP materials are applied. 
SOLVIN-10 – VINICOR-061  primer,  VINICOR-62  enamel,  VINICOR-63  varnish,  VINICOR primer-enamel and for other vinyl-epoxy and epoxy materials, to degrease metal surfaces;
SOLVIN-11 – VINICOR-nord  primer-enamel  and other vinyl-polyester materials, to degrease metal surfaces;
SOLVIN-12 – VINICOR-marine  series,  VINICOR-ecoprime  series,  NEFTECOR series, VINICOR EP-1155 D enamel and other epoxy materials, to degrease metal surfaces;
SOLVIN-13 – VINICOR BEP-5297 enamel;
SOLVIN-14 – VINICOR EP-1155D and other epoxy materials; 
SOLVIN-15 – VINICOR  EP-1155D enamel,  VINICOR-acryl  primer-enamel,  VINICOR-74  varnish, VINICOR-85 varnish and other epoxy and acryl materials.

Storage and handling

The thinner is delivered in metal drums, metal buckets, plastic and metal cans. 
Storage conditions of the thinner  –  according to GOST 9980.5-2009 (at air temperature from minus 40 to plus 40 °C). The container with the thinner  shall be protected from atmospheric condensation and direct sunlight. 
The shelf life of the thinner in hermetically enclosed original containers is 24 months starting with the manufacture date.

Precautions

When working, one shall observe the existing sectoral standard norms and requirements and safety measures as specified on the package label.
One shall use personal protective equipment (goggles, face masks and respirators), avoid inhalation of thinners and contact of the material or its components with skin, eye mucosa, respiratory channels; use inside the premises is allowed only in case sufficient ventilation is provided.
The thinner is a fire-hazardous material.
